What do I do if Moodle says: "Your Moodle account UPN has changed".

If you see the above message when trying to login to the JRS Moodle site, it means that at some point your User Principal Name (UPN) used to sign in to your JRS Microsoft 365 account was changed. This can happen when someone changes his or her name or if you had an old-styled position based UPN like vat00.moodletutor@jrs.net. Kindly create an IT support ticket with the Moodle (Global) help topic. The IT staff will work to update your account and notify you when the account has been updated so that you can sign in again.
